I contacted them about an issue, and they promised they could see me within 1–2 hours. I waited 3.5 hours and then left; they never even called me back. The receptionist was friendly, but that was the only good thing about the place. No one respects drivers' time, and the mechanics are in no rush to get to work.

I didn’t had options I went to their shop for a def lights and went there 8:00 in the morning I get out there there shop 3:45 pm Plus they didn’t diagnose the truck they gonna tell you random things just to rip you off. I wouldn’t recommend at all. They wanna make money.

I had the pleasure of getting service here. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. They diagnosed my issue and had me on my way the same day. I originally thought I’d be here for the weekend, but they made a way for a tech to get me squared away. Thanks and God bless everyone!!!!

Update: After leaving this review, I received a phone call from the manager at Floyd Truck Center. The manager’s response was not to address the issue or offer a resolution, but to gaslight and belittle me. He wasn’t satisfied with the conversation until I verbally said, “I am stupid, I don’t know what I am talking about, and the floor is bone dry.” That level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is inexcusable. Instead of taking responsibility for a poor repair job, the manager chose to invalidate my experience and make me question my own understanding of the situation. The irony is that while he insisted “the floor was bone dry,” Doggett Freightliner in Springdale, AR confirmed the opposite. They found severe water damage, wiring at risk, and had to replace parts that should have been addressed in Scottsbluff. The purpose of this update isn’t to be harsh—it’s to document the truth. I value honesty, integrity, and workmanship. Donna was excellent, and she should be recognized for that. But management’s behavior and the poor quality of mechanical work reflect very poorly on the dealership as a whole. No driver—especially an owner-operator who depends on their truck for their live
